I've been discovering the wonders of hemp seed oil recently. There's a slight fragrance and the oil seems to be of very high quality. I not only use it for salads but also pour some into facial and hair masks as well as in my usual facial oil essence.

Hemp seed oil is one of my favourite oils that I have incorporated into my natural, chemical free daily skin care routine. It makes my skin vibrant and healthy looking, as it's got anti ageing properties. I usually use it in the morning and/or evening on clean and wet skin. It absorbes quickly. Just a few drops will do. Usually, I mix it with castor oil, which is called the 'natural botox', (and no, it doesn't make your skin hairy!), and a drop of frankincense oil that doesn't only tighten the skin, but also enhances your mood. pity it came in plastic bottle. it loses the whole point of cold pressed oil even though hemp is great for delivering Omega-3 and is anti inflammatory and good for autoimmune condition
