I purchased these for my 9 year old large-breed dog who has developed arthritis. I used another brand of joint supplement first, but switched once I saw this one. The dose of active ingredients is much higher with these chewables, and she only has to take 1.5 tablets a day (versus four of the other brand). Additionally, based on the amount in the package, there are many more doses available for the price. Most importantly, she seems to enjoy the taste and appears to be having less pain and is limping less. I'll stick with this brand from now on!
