these taste amazing so they are easier to keep up with for my vitamin d deficient kid. He happily take one every day after brushing his teeth. He won’t know if there re improvements in the blood levels until we get retested at the doctor but the dodge is great for a kid with a deficiency.

I do have a concern about one of the ingredients listed as citric acid; because most citric acid is made from the fungus Aspergillus niger.
