Quality is good. Ingredients minimal. dosage is fine.. I was curious what fermented ginger was about. I don't know if it is any better, if at all, than regular ginger I tried before. I usually take it for an upset stomach or indigestion. it feels as though the old ginger had more benefits for me.

I never leave the house without a couple ginger capsules in my purse. These are beneficial if you have any kind of stomach issue especially great for nausea. Solaray is a well trusted brand and great quality. I only wished they used glass bottles for their products to avoid any microplastics.

Other reviews were positive so I bought a bottle. It may be making a difference, but it’s too soon to say. The size is ok.
