Niacin, Strawberry, 25 mg, 200 Micro Tablets

I've been using this niacin for a few years now. It's an easy way to get real niacin into my system. And i do believe I'm seeing the health benefits from my last cholesterol panel. I take 4 to 5 a day. Good tasting and they melt pretty fast. I do get a flush but nothing crazy like higher doses. It goes away in about 5 minutes.

I took this product only 3 days before I stopped. I may try again. pros - it's easy to take for someone who can't swallow pills, and has a pleasant taste. first 2 days, I had no "flushing" reactions. the 3rd day I took it, I had a very extreme niacin flush (lasted about 2 hours). So beware, this isn't a "no flush" niacin. I may try it again though..and see what happens.

Size is small and easy to consume. Just need to leave it in your mouth till it dissolved. Strawberry flavor makes it nice as well. As dosage is low or did not give me the infamous niacin flush.

I haven't noticed an effect. they taste good like a lolly and could easily have more than one bcos they taste good. as far as results tho 1 per day doesn't seem to have a noticeable result. I take under the tongue 30 secs then swallow
