Good multivitamin with good ingredients I can not find anything like this in Australia, however my issue is, the prenatal gummies by the same company taste better and have more folate in them as well and cost the same. . These tasted okay like candy fruits but I will stick with the prenatal gummies as I feel they give more for my money.
This is my first time buying Garden of Life Gummy vitamins. I prefer buying regular gummies but since I bought my kiddo the same brand vitamins in the gummy version I figured I'd try it. It's not too firm or tough nor is it overly gummy. It's just right. It has lots of essential vitamins and minerals which comes from natural ingredients that's listed on the bottle. All these factors contributes to a quality product. I would recommend this to other ladies looking for vitamins especially those that don't like the typical pill form.

I trust this brand and the ingredient list is ideal over chemically made vitamins. The only suggestion I would have is that they put something in the bottle so that the vitamins don't all stick together.
