I added this supplement to my diet after having had multiple surgeries and chemo and I'd heard it can be good to reduce inflammation and aid healing. It's a good size package for the price. There's no yucky after taste which is always a bonus. I lost a fair bit of hair from chemo and now I have lots of regrowth which I think is a benefit of taking it, I also think it helped improve my skin and return to normal being a good quality antioxidant ingredient. I had a lot of pain in my joints which has reduced over time
I like that it is organic, which is important for grape seeds, since for most grapes a lot of pesticides are used. But the price is very high. Pycnogenol might be a better choice (pesticides are never used for pine bark).
