This pre-workout delivers exactly what it promises. The energy kicks in fast and lasts through the entire workout without a crash. Focus and endurance are noticeably better, especially during heavy training sessions. The Lemon Rush flavor is surprisingly good and easy to drink, not overly sweet. No weird side effects for me, just clean energy and solid performance. Definitely one of the better pre-workouts I’ve tried and worth the price.
