Very good for my sun with IBS. This form of vitamin D supplement doesn't contain any oil, so this form is better choice for him.
I like these D3 vitamins. The package is decently large for the price and I feel like it's a decent dosage to help immunity and mood when you cannot get enough sun (often!). The only slight complain I have is I genuinely hate round tablets. Even though they are small, sometimes because of the round shape, they do not want to go down.
