This extended release makes all the difference in the world. We have tried other brands and this is the only one my husband will take. St. John's wart keeps his mood stable and positive through out the day. The quality is excellent with no side effects or bad taste.

I halved the starting dose as I’m sensitive to medication and supplements. Worked well to reduce my feelings of feeling down or depressed but not so much helped anxious thinking. First 2-3 days gave me headaches and sleep talking and then I had to stop due to medical reasons and gave me a headache and depressed feeling for 2-3 days as well. I would say it works to help fight depression
This St. John’s Wort supplement is of good quality and contains real ingredients. Benefited my mood and sleep. I like that the size of the capsules is not too large, easy to swallow.
I've been using it for at least a year. I think it helps with some of the metabolic dysfunction of my ME/CFS. Extended release makes it a better choice.
