I use Now Foods Fresh Green Black Walnut Wormwood complex, Now Foods Propolis Plus Extract, Now Foods Olive Leaf Glycerite, Now Foods Echinacea Extract, Now Foods Pau D’Arco Extract, Now Foods Echinacea & Goldenseal Plus and Planetary Herbals SinusFree as anti-bacteria, anti-viral, anti fungus, anti parasites immune boosting tonic! Since it is in tincture form, it can be mixed with other herbal tinctures to take together as long as you don’t mind the taste. I take it once every 2-3 days. Tinctures are more potent, easily absorbed thus much fast acting than capsules/tablets. Olive leaf is chosen because it’s well researched for its anti bacteria, viral, parasites and fungal properties. This product is also standardised to min 18% oleuropein which is the main constituent. I used to drink it with warm water at night, and it helped me go to the bathroom in the morning. I love the NOW Foods brand - I buy their products because the always have good quality ingredients. This olive leaf glycerite is antifungal and a great source of antioxidants. It doesn't taste unpleasant to me.

Quality is good. Taste pleasant for health benefits. A major component of olive leaf, oleuropein, has been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. It’s supports the immune system n cardiovascular health. I like the product as it’s effective .. good immune booster! I take it immediately when I sense the need to. I gave to my family too in times when we sense virus in the air. There’s capsule type too.

Good for cold season. I prefer to put it undiluted in a mouth and hold, in this case it start to work right in the throat.

I bought for skincare use - for lowering hormonal acne and DHT production in the skin. It seems to have some effect if used regularly, so I would say it works, at least for my skin. Didn’t see much effect when applying to scalp though. It’s also quite moisturising for the skin bc it contains glycerin. The only downsides are that it stains the skin and clothes due to olive green hue and it takes some time for skin to absorb it, initially it feels very oily on the skin but after about 10-15 minutes, the skin will absorb it. I think when used topically, it’s best to mix it with other ingredients to make it less oily.

I’ve ordered it for an internal detox for my sister in law, she likes it, no bad smell, good size, good quality, almost pretty taste.
