Great healthy , easy and so tasty breakfast anytime but especially when I'm headed to the shore to watch the sunrise! These bars pack the protein I increasingly need as I'm mindful of my overall fitness needs. I just grab my water bottle and I'm ready for my long walks along the shoreline!
The quality of this Rx bar is very tasty and a good value for the money. It will take care of that quick "pick me up" sometimes needed in the afternoon without putting artificial ingredients into your body. Looking forward to an Organic version.

don't let the egg whites gross you out, they taste really good and are super nutritious! A little carb packed however its all good and natural ingredients, helps me keep satiated throughout the day when I can't grab a real meal to eat. great before or post workout as well
