I have issues absorbing vitamin a without a lot of fat so i love that it’s water dispersible. I dont know the technicalities of how water dispersible vitamin a works but i feel like this has definitely helped very quickly reduce my oiliness. Could also be other things that im doing but regardless i think this worked and am very happy with it and the fact that it’s vegan
