This product contains all forms ok Vitamin K. K1 is good for blood clotting while K2 directs calcium from blood to bones. The half-life of MK-4 is about 1 to 2 hours, while MK-7 has a much longer half-life of around 72 hours. Dosage is also more which is essential as mostly we lack it in diet and the ingredients used are also well studied.
