Trying this product for the first time. Been using other brands but wanted to see how this product compares to keep things regulated. It seems to work well on me. I don’t have any discomfort adjusting to this tablet.

This is a great quality probiotic. Taking a daily probiotic like this will optimize Gut Function by Balancing the Bacteria in Your Digestive System. ... Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and doesn't need refrigeration so it's simple to keep up with daily. I've noticed less bloating and more regular digestion since starting it. Good value for 60 capsules, and I'll be reordering.
I was originally recommended this brand at a health food store and was pleased that I have stocks it. Keeps you regular with less bloating what more can I say? I’ve started taking it at night so it has a good chance to work …I’m sticking with this brand it’s great.
