This is my second order for this product i just love the taste it helps in recovery and give some energy and endurance way better than prime and gatorades and these sugar drinks. This product is top quality size is very good . Only one advice with every 0.75 L of water put half a scoop not more.
First of all, it doesn't dissolve well in water. So I always end up adding water two or three times to drink it, and I think it would be a struggle for those who dislike sweet flavors. It is difficult to eat as a meal replacement.
