When I opened the lid, I was surprised at first to see the blue powder. However, the taste is sweet and sour and delicious, and it doesn't have the unique taste and smell of collagen. I think it's easy to continue. I would like to continue taking it because I heard that tripeptides are easily absorbed. There are various flavors, so I would like to try other ones.

Amino acids are simply vital for every organism for normal functioning. I drink courses twice a year. I take it in the morning 30 minutes before meals, diluting it in a glass of warm water. The quality is good, I recommend it
