A good friend of mine recommended this product and I was very excited to try it. The first time I used it, I put it in a peanut butter oatmeal bar and it was delicious, my husband and kids devoured the tray. However, when I used it as a protein shake, I didn't enjoy the taste, texture or after-taste at all. It was a bit grainy and bitter and it was not easy to make myself finish the whole thing. It was better when I added a scoop to a smoothie, my kids loved it. I'll use it in baking/smoothies but not on its own
