This is a high quality, low dosage vitamin B complex. It contains the bio available forms of folic acid and B12 for better absorption. The dosages of each vitamin are relatively low compared to most products, which I like (no point in taking too much). The price at the time of purchase was pretty good. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. I take them after breakfast with some water. They have a mild smell and leave no after taste. The bottle is small and has a screw on cap. In summary, it's pretty good and I recommend it. 👍

This is great, my hand and my elbow before I was felt pain , but since I take this supplement everyday the pain is gone, highly recommended the quality and packaging is good. I will order again soon. thanks iherb.

This appears to be a high quality but incomplete B complex. I appreciate the clean ingredients used. And I appreciate the absence of unactivated vitamins like folic acid and cyanocobalamin. But I am very upset this has an incomplete dosage of folate and biotin…although this does serve as an excellent base to add vitamins to, to complete the b complex
