Bought this for the Mrs when she was in her first trimester. I came across the supplement when I googled about it. The ingredients are bioavailable and are readily available to be absorbed by the body. The size is perfect for her, since she dislikes swallowing big ones. She takes it twice daily. I would say the baby is growing well, no deficiency of any sorts when we did the detailed sonogram scan. I'd recommend it to all expecting mothers

Great multi with an easy to swallow pill size. Vitamin A is a little higher than other brands. It has DHA which is also helps with fat soluable vitamins. Highly recommended brand.

It’s one of the best product of dha and multivitamin combination. I don’t feel uncomfortable in my body as some other products would burn my stomach. It also matches the women daily needs even that you are not pregnant.
