Love this product I have been using it for 20 years. I love that it has the vitamins and minerals I need. Although it does not always mix well it depends on what you use. I use milk but you can add it to recipes like muffin’s and pancakes as well. I have tried other flavors but vanilla has always been my go to flavor. It might be more costly than some other protein drinks but it contains more vitamins than others too. It makes a good meal when you feel hungry but you don’t want to eat a big meal. I love it!

The can over the envelopes, this is way less expensive. I would describe the flavor as LIQUID VANILLA ICE CREAM! I juice 3-4 carrots, 1 scoop powder, ICE, some liquid (MILK, or NON-DAIRY MILK) so it blends well (1/2 cup?) STOP THE BLEND WHEN SMOOTH taste YUM add a banana AYUM add peanut butter YUM

This protein powder meal, by 'NaturesPlus' is by far one of the best once I've tried. I like a smoothie every morning, and this gives me the energy I want to get going. The vanilla flavor smells so good, and it's very tasty. I use it as a meal replacement in the morning, and I receive all my essential vitamins, with 14 grams of protein in the ingredients. It's worth the price, because of the products quality.

My kids love it! The flavor is great not to think and able to get all of the benefits from so many vitamins without the vitamin taste. It’s delicious! All of my kids have enjoyed it since very little and also us grown ups love it also. I buy 4 at a time when I can and especially when it’s in sale.

I enjoy this hot with milk. It tastes like the best porridge ever. Every scoop is the same and it blends well, use a blender for even better texture. The quality and size are very good. Super healthy ingredients for a complete & beneficial quick meal.

We like that Spiru-tein uses a three-part protein. Some other meal replacement shakes use only one protein source. This one is easier for us to digest. And we use the vanilla because we can add other flavors (instant coffee, chai mix, carob powder, etc.) The unsweetened one is also good.

I have tried many protein powders in the past, but Nature's Made Spirutein is hands down the best I have ever tried. In addition to being delicious, it is packed with nutrients. I recommended it to my father, and we are both hooked and have at least one shake a day.

This is a great source of enrichment towards better potential health. A great size in terms of money for amount. While ever I get a decent amount in a container then justifies in my buying it also. I study all sizes when deciding. thanks you iHerb... Ian

Discovered this stuff when I was in college and needed nutrition, and a frequent meal replacement. I prefer the Vanilla flavor. Tasty and filling. Delicious

Man do we love this product! It has such wonderful benefits from the vitamins, minerals, & protein. The composition is unmatched in what we find as this being the best product of its kind on the market!
