These flaxseeds are a healthy addition to any meals. They have a nutty taste that’s very fresh. It comes in a resealable package which I love. Buy the whole seeds and grind daily as needed. That way the seeds retain the important oils. Add them to shakes, yogurt, salad, etc. Great deal from a great product! This product is top-quality and well exceeds all of your expectations.
I really like the Bob's Red Mill, Organic Whole Flaxseed. It seems to be good quality. I keep it in the freezer & pull out the amount I need and grind it before use. The 13 oz is a good size for me. I bought this to use in homemade protein bars.
It's high quality and a single organic ingredient. It tastes great as it should and is not rancid. It's a small size and perfect for use so that it doesn't go bad. I store mine in the freezer. It is great for all diets, especially keto. I would repurchase it again and highly recommend it.
The flaxseeds are whole, clean, and look very fresh. Perfect for adding into yogurt or smoothies. Simple and high quality—just what I needed.
I have used flaxseeds for decades. grind fresh to add to yogurt or oatmeal and it's a real treat. no reason to buy it pre-ground unless you are using the whole bag quickly. store seeds in jar in frig & grind each day ( I use a coffee grinder dedicated to seeds) I prefer Bob's for quality and price.
There are dark chestnut and gold colors..I stir fry it over low heat and the grinder it but it can be with salad and has a savory taste and it's rich in omega3 so I take it as a food not as a nutritional supplements..Try it with chu seed.and hemp seed ..it's enough omega3
