This hemp seed is the highest quality I have ever used. Hemp seeds have a distinct nutty taste and can taste funny with other brands. The package is really small size so we run out of them fast because we use it every day in our smoothies. Great for a vegan diet because these seeds have a ton of benefits like high protein.
Fresh, good soft texture (nutty), good quality. We use hemp hearts daily as they are the small perfect prize for our buckwheat recipes, oatmeal and yogurt to boost our diets nutrient intake. Our main use for this are the healthy fats that benefit brain health. GLA is a rarer healthy fat, which help heart provides. I like that my family is getting magnesium from a one ingredient food source. They taste fresh! Large amount, in a resealable package. We will get many servings out of this, using frequently.

I like to add these as a little extra nutrition in my protein+fruit smoothies. It also gives you a little something to chew on. The taste is fairly mild and they're nutritious.
