Its pretty great that someone came out with an oil pulling rinse like this. Which Makes oil pulling a lot more convenient and effective. I will say I was somewhat disappointed with the size of the bottle when I first received it however after the first use I realized a little goes a long way. Whitens my teeth and keeps ultra clean without the strong mint taste like traditional.
