i take this for my nail and hair. vas bery helpfull. but i notice somtimes contcipations.. maybe you should be careful with our without food eating or the orther of eating with other supplement. it also had positive effect on my thyroid hormone

Bought this but not really sure if it’s effectiveness. The pills are easy to swallow and lasts a long time. The size is good and kirkman is good quality with clean ingredients.
find this is probably the best form of zinc as it does not block magnesium absorption - giving people nausea. It was critical for my toddler over 2.5 yo who was copper intoxicated, and needed to take these like candy until levels came down. Do not want to block magnesium from children, bones will quickly demineralize, and very difficult to undo.
