I don't use this toning spray in my AM or PM routine, instead I like to use it as needed during the times between either/or. I have drier leaning skin that leads to some pore congestion that I treat with chemical to exfoliants so my skin can still be a little thirsty even after a full multistep routine. Especially during the day since I don't want to use a heavier barrier creams/jellies for daytime. I find this toner spray is a fantastic daytime top off that's effortless. The main benefit I've noticed fir myself is that it gives hydration and moisture back to my skin without heaviness, stickiness, nor oiliness. Great for improving the redness in disturbed skin as well without irritation for those with sensitive skin. It also dries down to a glassy looking finish which I appreciate. Gives me a genuine glowing from within and healthy looking appearance. There isn't a scent.
