I like einkorn flour and thought it will be nice to get a box of their crackers for try. When I got it I found out it has palm oil in it ! As far as I know palm oil is not a good oil for our body I’m wondering why dont they use a better healthier oil like olive oil to make this cracker? The einkorn recipe book from jovial which I just bought they use olive oil! I will make my own instead of buying that crackers again.

I love these crackers with blueberry goat cheese. The einkorn flour doesn't affect my blood sugar like wheat flour, I feel great after eating these. They're pretty bland with nothing on them but Aldi goat cheese rolled in blueberries on top of these is the best snack ever!
Honestly the title might be a little harsh. The flavor is pretty nice, but it doesn't have a very good crunch. The flavor is definitely more complex than regular crackers, but I can't tell if it's the einkorn or the sourdough. The texture is much nicer, it's less greasy and gross. Pretty expensive for the size though.
Sourdough crackers have a rich, tangy flavor and a perfectly crisp texture. Made with simple ingredients like sourdough starter, whole-grain flour, olive oil, and sea salt, they taste fresh and wholesome. The quality feels artisanal, and the portion size is just right for snacking. Their sturdy packaging keeps them crisp, and the natural fermentation offers digestive benefits—making them both delicious and healthy.
These sourdough crackers taste really good. I take them with my afternoon Early Grey tea and they are perfect combination. They are healthy too. Size is perfect for any time snacking. Good ingredients. I'll but them again. I wish they would come in different flavors.
These as like emergency snack packets, because they make good. Car packets in case you need them like to go to the gym or go work out, or you have to do something it's intensive, but also you're in a place. Where it's allergy and where you have sensitivity. So you can prepare and be accommodating to both. Also they taste really good, and you can make them dressed up or dressed down, so you can add like ami and add different sauces, and add meat and make like sandwiches, or you could just add some. Small things like some peanut butter and jam. Peanut butter and jay.
Super delicious! The smell, taste, and amount inside the box are all perfect. Everyone in the family loves it — it goes great with labneh or hummus. I’ll definitely keep ordering it again and again!
By the looks of the box, I thought these would be longer. But they are the size of a cheeze-it cracker. There‘s nothing wrong with that. The taste is better than those unhealthy Cheeze-it crackers anyways. These are crunchy and are useful for dipping into guacamole or other dips.
Quality of ingredients appear good and the taste and texture are pleasant. I haven't had much luck with that in other sourdough crackers. But definitely not many in a bag and they get broken. They're really a small size cracker like a cheezIt so I think a tray packaging would be better.
