These crackers use an ancient form of wheat, which is less activating than other forms of overused wheat, and supports crop diversity and organic growing processes. They also state that the palm oil they use is done in a good way. They are tasty, with a tender crumb. I don’t think it a whole grain, but they use only a natural sourerdough starter, and no added sugar, which is so nice.

These taste great and are low gluten! They are high quality crackers. They are great for dips or added to a charcuterie board as I think it would pair well with a few different kinds of cheeses. Einkorn flour is definitely the better option for ingredients, and the added sourdough lowers the gluten in the cracker.

These are a staple in our home. Considering that most forms of wheat have been modified, I love that these einkorn crackers are actually healthy!

I try to eat gluten free products. Well, not all gluten-free products. But this one is organic, and it's sourdough, and it's einkorn wheat. Add the rosemary and this is a great treat to eat. It makes a wonderful snack as is, but of course it goes with hummus, cheese and dips. I also LOVE the "Everything."

I have one problem with these crackers. I want to eat too many! I searched for a long time to find a heathier cracker and then I found these. I tried the plain ones first and liked them. I decided to try the added rosemary and those are my favorite.

These were very good. Light and crispy. Perfect for adding a yummy topping.

The taste is just right for me -- not too salty or sweet, with right dose of rosemary flavour. Each cracker is right-sized and crunchy.

Delicious crackers and easy on the gut! We don’t eat conventional gmo wheat (even organic wheat is gm). Einkorn is the original ancient wheat with around 14 chromosomes while modern wheat has approx 42. Their nutrients are quite different as well.

The flavor of these crackers compliments a variety of uses, with soup or with toppings. The texture is light and has a simple but mildly flavorful taste.
