Egg White Protein Powder, Unflavored, 2.01 lbs (907 g)

I live in Japan, where pasteurized egg whites are still hard to find. Compared to that, the price of this is a bit expensive, the smell is slightly off-putting and I'm not a big fan of the "paleo" label (omg, it's just egg white!) but the macros are on point and it's really a life saver for my morning oats.

if you ever used egg white protein powders, it is supposed to stick to plastic scoop, scoop is supposed to be covered in protein no matter how much you shake, when it’s fully dry it sticks like electricity to plastic, very dry and powdery. Egg white protein is very powdery and puffs in air when it is dry and correct quality. Even inside the packaging there is no powder stuck on the walls - if you ever used egg white protein powders you will understand right away that it’s abnormal. As you can see from photos the powder comes very cleanly from the scoop and nothing stuck to scoop - clearly indicating moisture in the powder. My recipe didn’t whip at all, using standing mixer unlike with other egg white protein powders.

No weird smell when you open the bag, no lecithin and love the only ingredient is egg whites. My only complaint would be is hard to seal the bag up again so am looking for a canister that can fit the size of bag to keep it fresher. I wish their flavored options were not so expensive or I would get those too. So far am liking this brand and straying away from Amazon because they will sell so many brands and IHerb is more reliable after all these years.

The quality and quantity of this product is great for me. I use this to make daily protein shakes, especially after my workouts. The flavor is very nice and creamy. The ingredients are all natural which is one reason why I buy it. There is no weird after taste or anything either. I feel this protein powder is very clean.

Very finely grinned quality. Added to kefir, cant taste any flavour. One scoop is relatively big. So far so good. Will see if there is any effect on muscle after finishing it.

A staple in my kitchen pantry. All natural, clean ingredient. Excellent for my baking needs.

Hight quality protein with no nasty taste, I've always been workout out and need healthy protein but good ingredients. serving size is great with good composition. Nice packaging and easy to store.

This is a clean and versatile blend - I use it in my daily smoothies post workout. I don’t like whey protein because of all the additives and this fits the bill for me. Tastes great when added to banana and blueberries in my smoothie

Julian Bakery egg white powder is the best throughout all protein powder I have tried. It has excellent taste, basically just plain almond milk mixed can deliver a nice creamy subtle sweet drink, not necessarily added sugar. It is smooth, creamy and no strong egg tastes.

I found this product to be very good addition to my recipes when I try to add more good source of protein into my snacks. I use it in many dishes, for example, cocoa cookies, and it blends very good.
