I’ve been adding this to my morning coffee for years, tastes great and really smooths out the caffeine hit. The tumeric and mct oil helps me get through the day and keep me feeling good.
I started using this creamer about 4 years ago because of stiffness in my fingers and lower back every morning. I believe these issues have been resolved because of the turmeric. Plus, I really like my coffee with this yummy creamer!

Delicious creamer if you like turmeric, usually add this to my coffee and tastes really good. Package is a bit messy but I just put it inside another resealable bag with no issues.
I simply love this product, and it is all that i hoped it would be. I saw the advert on internet and saw an interview in a Podcast with Laird Hamilton and Joe Rogan discussing this, and i immediately order a few packets. I love the creamy taste, and boost that it gives me, and provides me with energy. It seems that it has alleviated by inflammation substantially also, and i am not having as much joint pain. I believe its the turmeric that's been added, as well as the MCT oil..I use it in my morning brew and afternoon brew, and as i do not use milk it is a creamy alternative. It mixes well with a spoon. One packet lasts me fr TOP weeks. not the best for diet

Non dairy and lighter than using conventional cream products. Needs to be well stirred or use a wire whip when the first 2 inches of coffee are in the cup. We have used it for years.
You've gotta love turmeric to like this ! it's great for inflammation, I dont like it so much in my coffee cause it overpowers my coffee, I do however like it in my black tea (chai or darjeeling) not.too sweet
