It's quite pricey but it has alot of good stuff in it that is great for my health and the kids. As long as my kids are healthy, I'm good. I wouldn't say I've noticed any difference since we began using it but I still bought a second jar. After this one is used up, I'll evaluate this product to know if it's worth another purchase.

amazing variety, nice taste, takes time to disolve in water. I belive this takes priority to be consumed first thing in the morning to absorb all the unique ingredients
