Rsp Amino Lean makes water taste good but I haven't seen any results on second purchase of this supplement ingredient does give me a bit of bloat .Compared to others I've tried pre-workout so far it does taste good . Have noticed a little energy while training I like that it isn't loaded with to much caffeine.
This is my second flavor from rsp. Before i have tried their pink lemonade flavor which tastes so good. This flavor is kind of similar to the pink lemonade and i don't get a big difference between them, but this one is a little bit more sour. All flavors are very sweet and i use only a half of recommended dose. It has a little artificial aftertaste like most amino acids and it leaves a slight powderry sediment. It delivers steady energy without a crash. The coffeine content is moderate which making it suitable for drinking even in the afternoon for energy boost.
Plant-based amino acids! These are especially suitable for people with allergies. I started taking them as part of a detox protocol under my doctor's guidance. I've continued taking them because they work as a mild laxative for me, likely due to the caffeine in the formula.
This is sweet without an aftertaste; actually a little too sweet so I only use 1 scoop and still get the energy needed to get me through my workouts. And I didn't even feel it! No jitters or crash, just pushed through the workout easier than before. Highly recommend!
The amino acid profile is proprietary, so we do not know the quantity of each amino acid. Good price though for 30 servings. I now chose Perfect Amino or Thorne EAAs, more expensive, but I believe they are the best
I was looking for a pre-workout that wouldn't make me feel jittery, and this one has been perfect. The blackberry pomegranate flavor is delicious and mixes easily with just water. It gives me a smooth, focused energy that powers me through my entire workout without any crash afterward. It's become an essential part of my gym routine that I actually look forward to.
My 4th purchase of this energy, I used it as pre workout especially strength training, it enhance preforming. Good for fitness and diet. Good quality, size and packaging.Composition of great ingredients, that support weight loss as L-carnitine, green tea, green coffee, with caffeine and matcha for energy and focusing. The flavor is my first best flavor, I also love the pink lemonade and watermelon, still didn’t try the blue raspberry flavor yet.
Quality is super! The ingredients are great! Size arranged! What you need! Performance is felt! the product arranged, perfectly packed, the effect is definitely there! I will order more! Just as quickly delivered
I love this line of pre workout as it is. This was a new flavor I tried and it became my favorite. The energy I get from this feels so good. It is not too extreme where I feel my heart pounding but it is not subtle where I have to take more to feel it. I love this pre workout and will keep getting this pomegranate flavor.
Thank you very much for this product, it suited me, I like the packaging, comfortable and stylish, I will order more of these products, and recommend them to all my friends and relatives! good!!
