I noticed my kids sleeps walker after giving her just one pill. She usually turns and moves a lot during sleep. With this she is more rested in the morning, good in taste since no complaint for my kids. Same for size of the pill seems to be good. Kid safe package! My guy just turned 4 of age 4 now. To be honest I didn’t notice much difference in my kid’s behavior after taking this supplement, didn’t get more focused or calmed down really, so I am not sure whether this worked for us. But no negative experience either, no allergy, no reaction, I guess the ingredients and quality are fine, just maybe not really something for us. Might work for another kid I guess, you won’t know until you try.

Quality of ingredients are clean. Healthy alternative to having to deal with restlessness and anxiousness in youth. The taste is like any supplement a little chalky. Serving is one per dosage per day. We’ll see if any improvements after a few weeks on trying it out. Frequency is once a day before bedtime.
