I do feel the serving size is abit hard to keep up with. I cannot speak higher of it as I haven’t been taking it long enough to see/feel results. I’ll edit this review when I have and let you know if it’s worked.

Good but you will need to take 6 capsules a day which is a lot but if you can’t use the powder this is a good choice
