I decided to purchase this brand of coffee based on the positive reviews on the antioxidant benefits, quality of ingredients and taste. I always have one serving of caffeine in the morning to start my day. I like my coffee black medium roast. I also use it on my baking recipes. Packaging size is ok.

I use beans for the Moka pot and fin. Beans are great for both options. I like a quality roasting of them. It has a fruit flavour, that rare to find in other brands. Also, it has a great balance of bitterness and acidity. The main drawback for me is not fresh roasting. The pack has only an expiration date, but simply calculating shows that the beans were roasted more than 3 months ago.

This is the only coffee that I know of that does not contain mold, and thus is safe to consume. One must be careful with what you put in your body. This coffee tastes wonderful and is healthy. I trust this brand and will be repurchasing
