I give this to my 9 year old golden retriever boy that suffers arthritis pain and it does wonders. I just open the cap and spread it on his meals. He loved the taste and his legs are much stronger now. It makes a huge difference when he runs out.

It was delivered very fast (to South Korea about 1 week?) and it tastes not bad. But it smells ....Eww when I first opened it. My mom said she feels her knees lighter while she walks after she took this for 2~3 weeks.
