The NOW brand is well known for its quality and I am glad that I can purchase large part of its essential oils from iHerb at a more affordable price than where I live. There are many good reasons to use black pepper oil: it promotes hair growth, it is high in antioxidants, it fights the free radicals that cause premature skin ageing, etc... For my hair: at least once I week I massage a few drops on my scalp 20 minutes before shampooing my hair. For my face: two or three evening per week, I massage my bare face with a few drops of oil. I let it sit on my skin for about 30 minutes and then I rinse it off with my cleanser, pat my skin dry and follow up with my usual night time skincare routine.
