I've been experiencing insomnia for more than decades, having only 5~6 hrs sleep every day with sleeping pills. I also experienced side effects of these sleeping pills. This was almost addictive and couldn't stop taking it. One day, I was studying herbal medicine and came to Ashwagandha as adaptogen even for neurological troubles like I have. I was afraid of trying a big dose from the beginning, so I chose this with Maca, which I just read about it, also adaptogen, not only for men but women. One capsule only contains 25mg of Ashwagandha, so I started with it. That night I slept 7 hrs without sleeping pills. And that was a miracle to me. Since then I am not taking any sleeping pill at all. I've been taking one 2 hrs before going to bed and that gives me very natural sleep at least for one month and half now.

Wow. I only took 2 tablets an hour before I decide to be kinky. Not bad for the stamina and maintain the wetness that I don't need lubes. Can hold dominant positions for a longer period without feeling the stress of it. Helps with the stamina, control and focus when I took 2 tablets in the mornings. Taste is ok just that the pills are a little hard to swallow. Feels that the effect kicks in after 1 hour so plan your time.
This is literally amazing product, as per my personal experience i highly recommend this product specifically for those who have erectile dysfunction it worth spending money product. I used it for stress release and for focus in gym it works for me for both purposes. Helped me in bed too 😉 good quality, 3 in 1 ingredient wise and very benefits for energy 🫶🏻
. Product Review (after purchase): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality, fast and reliable I recently ordered an Irwin Naturals supplement through iHerb and I'm very satisfied. The packaging was secure, the product arrived in good condition, and shipping to Morocco was quicker than expected. I've started using it and so far it feels effective and well-tolerated. Will definitely order from iHerb again.
I'm blown away by this supplement! The green bottle with the sleek black cap looks premium and is super sturdy. The 75-count soft-gel size is perfect for a month-long course. The liquid formulation absorbs quickly, and I feel a noticeable boost in energy and stress relief. Packaging is easy to open and keeps the gels fresh. Definitely my new go-to adaptogen blend!
Good product, I like it so far. I will continue to use it as long as it works for me.
