I had shoulder ache from exercise and rubbed some cream on my shoulder, I felt immediately better. Quality is great ! Size is acceptable, benefit : the pain does go away when I use it for my fingers or knees . Doesn’t feel oily .I would say it’s effective . Frequency: use it at night whenever I have pain.
