When I need to take a break from natures way kidney bladder I choose this. You could use it full time if you’re bladder issues are mild or moderate but if you have more complex issues or are flaring with interstitial cystitis I’m not sure it’s strong enough. Over all a good product. I’ve repurchased it several times.

I have a considerable number of 'quality of Life" issues with bladder performance so I am always trying new products. Beyond that, I am always continuing to take thse that seem helpful. This Bladdex product seemed to make a difference for me, but I took it while taking about four other products. I believe it added to my benefit alongside the other products, and to someone that is not taking the other products I am taking, then I expect it will bring benefit to them.
I’m really impressed with the quality of this supplement. The ingredients are clean and effective — no unnecessary fillers. Is a good size, easy to swallow, and doesn’t upset my stomach. I love that it provides a solid dose . Also, the packaging is sturdy and the bottle is easy to open. Great value overall!
I think the bottle size is decent for the price. The capsules are easy to take and seems to be always made with quality ingredients. The capsules have very little taste to them. The dosage is reasonable and I take these regularly for their health benefits. I will probably get them again if I need them.
