I really liked this and will definitely repurchase. The makeup comes off very well, which is very important to me. The smell is ice and there's is no skin tightening or any discomfort after the skin dries.
Have repurchased this three times already - I live in a humid environment and have oily skin, this cleanser cleanses my skin, removing makeup, impurities, and excess oil. It leaves my face feeling fresh and clean. Despite its deep-cleaning abilities, it's incredibly gentle on my skin. It doesn't leave me feeling stripped or dry, which is a common issue with some other cleansers. Would recommend this for sensitive skin.

Pretty decent face cleanser, also works to remove makeup so that's a huge plus. I was very hyped about it initially so maybe I just set my expectations slightly too high because it doesn't cleanse as well as I accepted and feels a bit 'watered down'. But all in all it's a really good price vs quality cleanser. The smell/flavor is nothing to write home about but that's a plus for me personally
I love the new packaging which makes it easier to use. I also love how nice this is for acne prone skin. You don't need to use a lot, and it lathers really nicely and doesn't make my face feel dry.
I tried this to compare with other Pacifica cleansers and although I do not have oily skin, felt that it cleaned my face well and removed all the makeup and "gunk" after a long day. It has a clear liquid soap/gel-like consistency so does not foam well, but worked well when using it for my double cleanse after using oil-based makeup removers. It does have a slightly strong herbal scent (not like "kale") so could be irritating for people. It was very refreshing, but did feel that it removed a lot of the moisture from my face so I would rush to slap on toner after cleansing. My eyes would sting a bit if too much product got near them, so people with sensitive skin may not like it but I do think people struggling with oily skin would like this product a lot.
