It has only 2 ingredients; peanuts and salt. No preservatives or additives. Very yummy but the peanut paste and oil separate sometimes and you have to mix them before using it

I like the pure peanut butter taste, but I had to drain off the oil a bit as it just wouldn't mix properly. Luckily, the package was sealed properly on shipping, there were no leaks. I like the crunchy bits! I think the taste is nice and natural (not salted or sweet).
