I get a great skin within hours after taking Yucca . I don't know why yet but it could be because of lowering ammonia in the body or candida! Yucca also lowers my EHS (electronical hypersensitivity). This is only the case by Yucca Root extract, like this one from Nature's answer. I do not get any benefits from Yucca schidigera, I only get the benefits from Yucca Root extract.

Does what it's supposed to do. Mops up ammonia really well. I can feel the tension in my shoulders reducing when using this for a few days. At first I thought the estrogens in this tincture would affect me a lot, but this doesn't seem to be the case. I can feel that it is mildly estrogenic but not too much. So far so good!

I had such a great experience with Now Brand Yucca capsules for digestion that I bought this liquid when capsules with food aren’t an easy option. I’m using Yucca for SIBO and digestion and bloating. It's good, however it contains alcohol. I only noticed it when I recieved the product. I ordered their extracts before as they are usually non alcohol, but this one has low grade alcohol in it.

yucca is used by me to ameliorate the ammonia load in the body.
