I have been taking this for over 4 years and feeling great. great value for money, I am 54 yo feeling great. working out in the gym 3-4 times. a week.
This is my go to EAA drink, just in other taste. I find mango orange to be superb and very natural tasting. Passion Fruit is also nice but tastes a little artificial and sour. The amount of EAAs is good. I take this during the exercise because i work out in the morning before breakfast and i need to feed my muscles.
I mix one scoop in water and it dissolves almost instantly, leaving no clumps and a clean, refreshing flavor that isn’t overpowering. Hydration feels on point, with electrolytes keeping thirst at bay during long sessions. I notice sustained focus and steady endurance without jitters

First time using EAA, not sure if it works. I hope so. The flavor is alright, sweet and fruity, but doesn’t really resemble the flavor of passion fruit, not bad tho

This is my fourth flavour trying of the Intra blast range and got to say it’s pretty much gone top spot ahead of strawberry lemonade (which btw is rather sweet). It doesn’t mix well unless you really shake it up but it keeps me hydrated and replaces the nutrients I lose when training. I recommend it.
