Quality is good and organic like other brands I’ve tried. Size is great will last us a few months - good value for money. Taste is strong bitter slightly smoky. We take a teaspoon everyday to help keep sickness away and we do notice the difference. Especially good when you have sore throat. Aids in digestion. Has many other health benefits. Can also be used for cooking. Amazing for the hair when you have thinning, for scalp infections and used on skin for fine lines, unclogging pores and fading hyperpigmentation.
