Good quality. Senna leave ingredient does work as a laxative. Size is slightly large to swallow. I only consume one dosage daily to help ease my constipation. It does have some bitter aftertaste. My stools were soft for order few days but then it became hard but I do need the toilet often though.

First day 1 took one, barely anything, I took 2 some movement, I took 3 overnight and had some movement thr next day. Basically if you’ve had the Senna Tea before you’d know how strong it is, these barely did anything in comparison. You’d need at least 3 to notice any movement if you really want that “cleanse” effect.
