I don’t like that garden of life was bought by nestle & have found replacements for all other GOL products but this one. I can’t find anything that works as well. It keeps me regular, and I drink it right before bed and it makes me tired so it’s a winner. I’m a constipated insomniac lol. I used the pea version before they switched to rice, and I find the effects are the same, but the rice is harder to dissolve.

First time buyer and I like it, this might just become my favorite magnesium. Gonna buy again. Tastes good and it's sourced from whole food. It's a bit on the expensive side but hey, rarely you can have good and cheap at the same time. The only other problem and the reason why I'm giving it 4 out of 5 is that it takes time to mix/dissolve in room temperature water. It takes about 5 minutes to mix it with water so it's not ideal if you're in a rush. But all in all, I like it and will buy again.

Best quality ingredients used. Perfect size and dosage.Lots of benefit and leaves no after taste. I really like this Product , and would love to use it in the future as well. I like how it makes me feel, I really love the brand and its value.

This is a great product to help with anxiety and sleep. Mix it with your smoothie or with plain water. The taste is good. Not gritty.

I use this before but in raspberry flavour, effecting very good for my joint muscle. Sleep i don’t know coz i dont have problem with sleep. But i prefer citrus flavour as its not overly sweet like raspberry. Now i’m almost on my third jar ♥️ love this magnesium

I ordered this magnesium for the first time to try it. I was looking for an absorbable form which also tastes good and provides my body with sufficient magnesium in one serving. I'm using it for a week only and I believe soon I'll see results.
