The dosages are something I feel safe taking and the Vitamin B forms are active. It also comes in a protective amber glass bottle. Would suggest sharing with another person because the vitamins oxidise very quickly. It's shown as reddish brown spots starting to form in the yellow powder.
I never write reviews but I wanted to give my feedback about these vitamins. I have been taking them for a month now and I can feel a big difference. If you take these b vitamins in the morning you'll notice there's more usable energy throughout the day. I'm going to order more and keep taking them.
I was hoping this would help my energy levels; however, the high dose levels just irritated my bladder- I took one tablet daily for 4 days and was constantly feeling like I had to pee! Even at night- so unfortunately it did not work for me. Sounds like others have benefited from this supplement though but just know high dose Vit B is well documented to have side effects such as, bladder irritation, GI upset, etc. I don’t want it to go to waste so I have cut it back to 2-3 tablets per week.
This vitamin makes me mentally and physically feel wonderful. Energy levels and mental clarity are very noticeable. Very high end ingredients, worth the price. I like the glass container to protect the potency.
