Thyroid Support with Iodine, 60 Veggie Capsules

The blend in this product is great and has most of the recommended suppliments to help stimulate the thyroid gland. But unfortunately for me it didn't help in reducing the TSH level. I started using it at the beginning of May until the end of August. TSH went from 7.4 to 7.7. Free T4 hasen't changed one bit reading is 1.35 ng/dl in both tests. Last I tested the Total T3. and now I tested the free T3. So I couldn't actually tell the difference because they're different tests. See the attached pics for more info. I haven't noticed any difference in terms of activeness and energy levels. Mood was good when taking the suppliment due to the Ashwaganda maybe. That's about it.

I don't have a medical thyroid issue but it does run in the family so I tried these just to support my thyroid gland. In all honest I didn't really notice a difference with these but the ingredients look good and it seems to be everything that you need. I would recommend trying them out to see if they are effective for you.
