I bought this one after I developed POTS autonome nervous system dysfunction after period of chronic stress and trauma the result was heart palpitations increase in heart beating and low blood pressure. My mother recommend me this one for healing properties on heart so I tried and it really after few days helped with palpitation, anxiety and even high heart rate I could better sleep and function. So it has a lot of benefits on heart and it can improve even problems with high blood pressure so one can stop after a while using blood pressure medication but need first talk with a doctor and do that on their own risk.
I love the pure ingredients in this supplement. Taken for blood pressure and A1C benefits. I think it works great to help KEEP levels in range with diet and exercise. Not sure how it would work to lower without proper diet and exercise if you are very high. No aftertaste or side effects for me but I slowly increase to proper dosing.

I take one in the morning and one at night instead of 2 at one go. For me, half the recommended dosgae each time affects my BP downwards slightly so it's good to use for maintaining a normal BP. Regular sized capsules with good benefits for me at half dosage each time.
